portfolio: I started using HTML around the age of 13, and have since grown familiar with CSS and basic JavaScript (necessities in webdesign). I use Adobe Photoshop and Imageready for my imagework, Windows Notepad for coding, and WS_FTP LE for managing sites. So far, most of the following are just designs that are no longer available for viewing, more to come soon.

Eva : The Official Website
Purpose: Site for Long Island based band, Eva

Description: This design concept was created by Rebekka and the swirls were done by Jeni Jaques. I gave this site a complete makeover. It is currently updated by the band, but I still occasionally do some codework on it.

Date: May, 2004

Rebekka Carol
Purpose: Site for singer/songwriter Rebekka Carol

Description: This original design and most of the graphics were done by Liz Smith of DigiFrog Multimedia Services, but I did quite a bit of codework to improve the appearance and functionality, and imagework as needed to maintain the site. I added the above-pictured navigation image in November of 2002.

Date: November, 2002/started working on site April, 2001?

Claire Raby
Purpose: Site for my music

Description: The theme of this site was cut off pictures of me playing guitar or singing. I intended to put a picture of me singing on the left frame but I never found an appropriate photo.

For Reasons Unknown
Purpose: Site for Phoenix based band For Reasons Unknown

Description: This site was very sleek and stylish, with justified text and fancy script buttons with subtle mouseovers. It's really a shame the band wasn't as professional as the website.

The Tragic Kingdom Diary
Purpose: This was an online diary for Ashley Kaminsky, a revamped version was later put up for display for a short period of time.

Description: This page was modelled off of the liner notes of the No Doubt album "The Tragic Kingdom".

Date: June, 2000/revamped May, 2002

Address: n/a, originally at darkblue.diaryland.com, revamped version was at buriedreams.diaryland.com

-grey shards-
Purpose: A personal page for humorous things

Description: I used this site for things I thought were too over the top for my main personal page (yittyfuzz). But I ended up taking it down because of the lack of serious content. Highlights of this site were that the entire page was mirrored on the left side, and the guestbook had an easter egg where if you signed from the left frame your entry showed up backwards.

Date: April, 2002

claire's basement - center moriches, long island
Purpose: To inform people about shows I held in my basement

Description: This was the first version of the site, meant to look like a hole in the basement wall, with marker written on the bricks.

Date: February, 2002

I Miss My No Doubt
Purpose: To bitch and moan about No Doubt playing "hip hop"

Description: The album "Rocksteady" had just come out and I was rather upset with it. My boyfriend had a site called "I Miss My Korn" so I made this site to follow the same theme.

Date: February, 2002

absatively fabulific.
Purpose: This was a personal homepage for Rachel Tekula.

Description: This site was very mysterious in nature, intended to be clever. The backgrounds were made from swirled pictures, if you clicked the hand of the fairy it led you to a page to view all of the original pictures. The fairy was drawn by Rachel.

OUT OF MY HEAD (first version)
Purpose: This was a personal homepage for Michelle Di Lena.

Description: Each page had a different colored star background to match the inner background artwork Michelle had made. The main page buttons had white mouseovers.
